Confirmation of Booking

• A party date and time is only reserved once a booking form is completed and an invoice sent. 

• The date will only then be held available for 7 days without deposit payment.

• Your booking is only confirmed when the deposit has been paid (via bank transfer) and you have received a confirmation email for your booking.

• A deposit payment and completed booking enquiry form is considered acceptance of all Terms and Conditions. 

• The remainder of the payment is to be paid in cash in full to the entertainer on the day.

• We need a minimum of 4 weeks notice prior to your party date for your choice of character and party theme.  Any changes after this cannot be guaranteed.

Vouchers and Offers

• Can only be redeemed by quoting the reference given.

• Must be used by the recipient on the voucher within a year of issue. 

• Discounts can only apply to a character/party theme as stated on voucher/offer.

Cancellation

• The Deposit is non-refundable, however it can be transferred to another date, availability permitting within one year of the original booking date.

• If due to unforeseen circumstances, beyond our control e.g. illness, unexpected traffic, family emergency, severe weather conditions etc. we will always try to find a replacement.  If however Parties4Princesses are unable to fulfil your booking a full deposit will be refunded.

• Parties4Princessses reserve the right to substitute a different entertainer should this be necessary. 

 

Child Numbers and Joint Parties

• Maximum of 35 children per party package. We recommend a maximum of 20 for the best party atmosphere. Numbers must be confirmed at the beginning of the party week.  (please see number of adults required under party organisation.)

•  If you would like to have a joint party this needs to be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the party date and there will be a charge of £10 per extra birthday child.

 

Parking and Travel

• Please ensure there will be a parking space nearby to the venue available for the entertainer as there will be equipment to unload.   Please notify of any parking restrictions in advance.

• We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for mileage, if you are outside of our core work area. 

• Parties4Princesses cannot be held responsible for any travel disruptions outside of our control.  However we will endeavour to always keep you informed. 

• Please ensure all party venue postcodes and full addresses are correct as we cannot be held responsible for late arrival due to incorrect information.

 

Allergies

• Please notify Parties4Princesses prior to the party if any guests attending have any allergies to glitter, glitter tattoos, balloons or sweets that are used as prizes, if included in your package. Parties4Princesses cannot accept responsibility for any incident caused if you fail to notify us of such allergies.

• Ingredients for sweets used for Musical Statues - please note this is a guide and we advise the party organiser and all parents to check sweets given to any children with allergies.  

• Swizzels - Party pack - Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Dextrose, Acidity Regulators: Malic Acid, Citirc Acid, Lactic Acid: Vegetable Oils (Palm, Palm Kernal), Stearic Acid, Modified Starch, Sodium Bicorbonate, Flavourings, Magnesium Stearate, Anti-Caking agent, Magnesium Carbonate, Gelling Agent: Gelatine; Cornflour, Emulsifier: Glycerol Mono Stearate; Lysed soya Protein, colours; Ammonia Caramel, Anthocyanin, Beetroot Red, Copper Chlorophyllin, Cuccumin, Lutein, Paprika Extract.  

 

Party Organisation and Safety

• At least one adult is required to be present throughout your party.  Two adults present if there is more than 20 children attending for health and safety.  The liability for the safety of all guests is the responsibility of the party organiser as named on the booking enquiry form. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the supervision of party activities provided by us.

• Please be aware we hand out sweets during a party.  These could cause possible risks or choking hazards (especially for younger children) and therefore we recommend adult supervision when consumed and cannot be held responsible for any issues. 

• Parties4Princessses ask that you refrain from having play equipment out during entertainment time, such as bouncy castles etc. This can be a distraction for children and we cannot be held responsible for holding their attention whilst these items are still in operation.

• We recommend you have a mobile with you at all times on the day prior to your party should we need to contact you. 

• A suitable sized and cleared area is required for the entertainment along with a closeby13amp/240ac volt socket for equipment.  For outdoor Parties a power supply or extension lead will be required.

• Parties4Princesses are happy to hold your party outside weather permitting.  However, we would ask that you have an inside space available as an alternative.

• During a two hour party the entertainer/s is/are entitled to take a short 5-10 minute refreshment/bathroom break as the children take their seats for the birthday banquet.   

• For the use of our snow or bubble machines we advise that it should be used outside as the solution could cause damage to furnishing and flooring and may make it wet and slippy.  Should you choose to use it inside you do so at your own risk and we can not be held responsible for any damage caused.  

• Parties4Princesses cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage by circumstances out of our control.

 

Photographs and Marketing

• We may like to take photographs for our website use, please let us know at the time of your party booking if you do not wish for us to do so.
